Chasity, born and raised in West Monroe, Louisiana, spent most of her early life in pageants from the age of 6 months to 15 years old. At just five years old, she won the International Cinderella Tot Pageant, out of 84 other contestants in her age group.
Later, Chasity attended West Monroe High School and graduated from Louisiana Tech University. Her hometown gained significant recognition when it was featured on the popular reality TV show “Duck Dynasty.” As a result, when Chasity mentions West Monroe, everyone knows about the great town of West Monroe, Louisiana!
Chasity cheered for both the football and basketball teams in high school and college. However, her most favorite was in gymnastics, where she competed in various competitions.
Over 11 years ago, Chasity relocated to the big city of Dallas Texas. Her true passion lay in aesthetics and beauty —Today, she is the proud owner and founder of MEDSPA 33 in Plano TX. Her passion and love for her patients drive her to help them feel and look their best at MEDSPA 33, the top medical spa in Plano and Richardson, TX.
Dr. Charles Wallace, MD., FACS Top Plastic Surgeon in DallasDr. Wallace is a native of the Dallas area and has been in private practice for 30 years. After graduating cum laude from Richardson High School and magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Austin, he attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School of Dallas. Dr. Wallace completed his general surgery internship in the Department of Surgery at the University of Hawaii in Honolulu. He served as a general surgery resident at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, training an extra year in hand and microsurgery with the Lankford, Zehr, Dibella Group at Baylor.Dr. Wallace completed his training in plastic and reconstructive surgery under the auspices of the prestigious Cronin, Brauer, Biggs Clinic at St. Joseph’s and M.D. Anderson Hospitals in Houston. After completing residency requirements, Dr. Wallace toured well-known plastic surgery centers in Switzerland, France, England, South Africa, Norway, and Germany to broaden his knowledge in the art of plastic surgery.Dr. Wallace is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He is also an active member of the Dallas County, Texas Medical Association, Society of Baylor Surgeons, Cronin and Brauer Society, Dallas Society of Plastic Surgeons and Texas Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He also has been elected to Fellowship in the American College of Surgeons. He is active in teaching, as well as the publication of articles related to plastic surgery. As a recognized speaker, he has addressed numerous medical and lay organizations on plastic surgery issues and topics, particularly regarding the innovative laser and endoscopic cosmetic procedures. For the last eight years, Dr. Wallace has served in the United States Navy Reserve and has worked at all the major Navy Medical Hospitals including, Walter Reed, Portsmouth and most recently, San Diego. Dr. Charles Wallace has a surgery center in-office as well as, affiliations with Baylor Scott and White Medical Center- Trophy Club, Medical City Plano.
