Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that scheduling plans can sometimes change unexpectedly, so we are always happy to assist you in rescheduling your appointment if needed. To help us accommodate other clients on our waiting list, please provide at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel. This allows us sufficient time to offer your appointment slot to someone else. Please note that no-shows or cancellations with less than one day’s notice may incur a $50 fee. Our cancellation policy is straightforward — we simply ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
