Chasity, a Registered Nurse, Medical Aesthetic Provider, is a top pick in the aesthetic industry. She’s known for her expertise in enhancing natural beauty and achieving natural-looking results. She works with each patient one-on-one to create a personalized treatment plan that meets their unique needs and goals. Safety is her top priority, and she always goes the extra mile to ensure that her patients look and feel their best. Chasity is passionate about educating her patients about aesthetics and helping them feel confident and beautiful.
Chasity, a West Monroe, Louisiana native, had a wild ride in the world of pageants! She competed from six months to fifteen, traveling all over the country with her mom. At just five years old, she won the International Cinderella Tot Pageant, out of 84 other contestants!
Chasity is a proud alumna of West Monroe High School and Louisiana Tech University. Her hometown gained fame when it was featured on the hit reality TV show “Duck Dynasty.” Now, when people mention West Monroe, Louisiana, they instantly think of the great town! Chasity was a cheerleader for both the football and basketball teams in high school and college. But gymnastics was her true passion, where she competed in various competitions and showcased her talents.
Over eleven years ago, she made a big move to the vibrant city of Dallas, Texas. She’s the founder of MEDSPA 33, which is widely regarded as the top medical spa in Plano and Richardson, Texas.
Dr. Charles Wallace, MD., FACS

Dr. Wallace is a native of the Dallas area and has been in private practice for 30 years. After graduating cum laude from Richardson High School and magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Austin, he attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School of Dallas. Dr. Wallace completed his general surgery internship in the Department of Surgery at the University of Hawaii in Honolulu. He served as a general surgery resident at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, training an extra year in hand and microsurgery with the Lankford, Zehr, Dibella Group at Baylor.
Dr. Wallace completed his training in plastic and reconstructive surgery under the auspices of the prestigious Cronin, Brauer, Biggs Clinic at St. Joseph’s and M.D. Anderson Hospitals in Houston. After completing residency requirements, Dr. Wallace toured well-known plastic surgery centers in Switzerland, France, England, South Africa, Norway, and Germany to broaden his knowledge in the art of plastic surgery.
Dr. Wallace is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He is also an active member of the Dallas County, Texas Medical Association, Society of Baylor Surgeons, Cronin and Brauer Society, Dallas Society of Plastic Surgeons and Texas Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He also has been elected to Fellowship in the American College of Surgeons. He is active in teaching, as well as the publication of articles related to plastic surgery. As a recognized speaker, he has addressed numerous medical and lay organizations on plastic surgery issues and topics, particularly regarding the innovative laser and endoscopic cosmetic procedures. For the last eight years, Dr. Wallace has served in the United States Navy Reserve and has worked at all the major Navy Medical Hospitals including, Walter Reed, Portsmouth and most recently, San Diego. Dr. Charles Wallace has a surgery center in-office as well as, affiliations with Baylor Scott and White Medical Center- Trophy Club, Medical City Plano.
