THE 33 TOX CLUB is MEDSPA 33’s month-to-month wrinkle relaxer membership. For $139 per month, each successful membership payment adds $139 to your Tox Bank to use toward eligible neuromodulator treatments, including Botox®, Dysport®, Jeuveau®, and Xeomin®.
Active members also receive 15% preferred member pricing on eligible treatments, giving you the flexibility to save your Tox Bank, let it accumulate, or use it when you’re ready for your next treatment.

Each successful $139 monthly membership payment adds $139 in treatment credit to your Tox Bank.
2. Save It or Use It
Use your available Tox Bank toward an eligible wrinkle relaxer treatment, or let your balance accumulate for a future visit.
3. Enjoy Preferred Member Pricing
While your membership is active and in good standing, you’ll receive 15% preferred member pricing on eligible neuromodulator treatments at MEDSPA 33.

Tox Bank has no cash value and is non-refundable and non-transferable except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Can I let my Tox Bank accumulate?
Yes. Your Tox Bank can accumulate while your membership remains active and in good standing. You do not have to use your credit every month.
What treatments can I use my Tox Bank toward?
Tox Bank may be used toward eligible Botox®, Dysport®, Jeuveau®, and Xeomin® treatments at MEDSPA 33. All treatments are subject to medical evaluation and provider approval.
Do I receive member pricing?
Yes. Active members in good standing receive 15% preferred member pricing on eligible neuromodulator treatments.
Is THE 33 TOX CLUB a contract?
THE 33 TOX CLUB is a month-to-month membership with no long-term commitment. Membership automatically renews each month until canceled.
What happens if I cancel my membership?
Once your membership ends, you will no longer receive new monthly Tox Bank credit or preferred member pricing.
Any Tox Bank you have already earned remains available for eligible treatments at current regular, non-member pricing.
Can I use my Tox Bank after I cancel?
Yes. Previously earned Tox Bank remains available for eligible neuromodulator treatments after cancellation. Current regular, non-member pricing will apply because preferred member pricing ends when your membership ends.
What happens if my monthly payment fails?
If a membership payment fails, your membership may be temporarily suspended. You will not receive new Tox Bank for the unpaid membership period, and member pricing and other membership benefits may be temporarily unavailable.
Previously earned Tox Bank remains associated with your account but may be unavailable for use while your account is past due.
Is the $50 enrollment fee part of my Tox Bank?
No. The $50 enrollment fee is a one-time fee charged separately at enrollment and does not become Tox Bank credit. Each successfully processed $139 monthly membership payment provides $139 in Tox Bank credit.
Can I receive my Tox Bank as cash or transfer it to someone else?
No. Tox Bank is a treatment credit, not a cash account. It cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person except where otherwise required by applicable law.
How do I use my Tox Bank at my appointment?
Book your wrinkle relaxer appointment at MEDSPA 33 as usual. Your available Tox Bank will be applied toward your eligible treatment, and you’ll pay any remaining balance at the time of your visit.
How old do I have to be to join THE 33 TOX CLUB?
You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in THE 33 TOX CLUB. All treatments remain subject to medical evaluation and provider approval.
Does my membership guarantee a specific treatment or result?
No. Membership does not guarantee a specific neuromodulator, number of units, treatment area, treatment frequency, or result. Every treatment at MEDSPA 33 is subject to medical evaluation and provider approval. Your provider will recommend treatment based on your individual needs, treatment goals, and clinical assessment.
