What to avoid: For 24-48 hours, avoid strenuous exercise, excessive heat (like saunas or hot showers), and pressure on the treated area. Also, avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours to reduce bruising. Do not apply makeup until the day after treatment.
What to do: Use ice packs on the treated area for the first 12 hours to reduce swelling.
